This Shipping / Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on the TRKGO platform are delivered and the terms related to delivery timelines and responsibilities.


1. Service Coverage

  • TRKGO provides delivery services in selected serviceable locations only.

  • Availability of delivery depends on restaurant location, delivery partner availability, and operational conditions.

  • Serviceable areas may change without prior notice.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed and confirmed.

  • Restaurants begin food preparation only after order confirmation.

  • Delivery partners are assigned based on availability and proximity.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Typical delivery time ranges between 30–45 minutes.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

    • Restaurant preparation time

    • Traffic or weather conditions

    • Peak hours or high order volume

TRKGO does not guarantee fixed delivery times.


4. Delivery Attempts

  • Delivery partners will attempt to contact the customer at the registered phone number.

  • If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provides an incorrect address, delivery may fail.

  • In such cases, the order may be cancelled as per platform policies, and refund eligibility will be determined accordingly.


5. Order Tracking

  • Customers can track their order status in real-time through the TRKGO app or website.

  • Delivery updates and notifications are provided during the delivery process.


6. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges may vary based on distance, location, order value, or promotional offers.

  • Any applicable delivery fees will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.


7. Hygiene & Safety

  • Delivery partners are instructed to follow basic hygiene and safety standards.

  • Restaurants are responsible for food preparation, packaging, and quality.


8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • TRKGO will make reasonable efforts to ensure successful delivery.

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, strikes, technical issues) are beyond TRKGO’s control.

  • In case of delivery failure due to platform-related issues, refund or resolution will be handled as per Refund Policy.


9. Platform Disclaimer

TRKGO is a technology-enabled platform that facilitates food ordering and delivery.
TRKGO does not prepare, cook, or manufacture food. Responsibility for food quality and packaging lies with restaurant partners.


10. Policy Updates

TRKGO reserves the right to update this Shipping / Delivery Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised policy.


11. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts located in Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
